Dear Cony,

V came over today to visit me. I hadn't seen her in so long, so I was excited to see her. I tried to talk to her about things we did back home and the fond memories I shared with you, but she doesn't seem to enjoy my conversations anymore. She did like my new room a lot which is great because I think you would love it too.

I wish you could see my room, Cony.

It's bigger now and full of nice furniture. I even bought a large bed so that we don't have to cramp on each other like before. I only sleep on one side of the bed, though, you know? Maybe I am still used to the box frame I slept on back home.

But you can have the other side or any side you choose. I don't really mind, haha. Oh, how I wish you would visit me soon, Cony. I have been working hard in the hospital, and I can afford many more things now. Life isn't so tough anymore, and I just couldn't wait to show you the world I always promised you. Your investment in a doctor is already paying off, you see!
