Be still, my love, and wait for me 

Wait for my heart, but wait in my heart 

 

Travel away from me to happiness 

But, remember in me your happiness 

 

Go far, but not too far away

For I shall also wait for you

 

In empty homes and crowded streets

Where time becomes eternity

And missing you becomes infinity

 

So take your time to find your life

But don’t get lost from memories 

 

I can wait but only for a day

That day which still will be so long

For I shall go far away too

Where I will search for happiness
